What the job was
The house needed structural work before anything cosmetic could begin. Framing was opened up, repaired and brought back to a condition that would carry the rest of the scope.
The exterior was restored rather than replaced, keeping the original character of the elevation and the detailing that made the house worth renovating.
The hillside was the second project inside the first. Excavation, retention and grading came before any planting, and the finished landscaping sits on work that is now invisible.
