HomeAbout

Built on referrals, and now built to be checked.

More than $30 million of completed work in three years for publicly traded apartment operators, almost all of it through word of mouth. This site exists so that the people those referrals reach can verify what they have been told.

The company

Who we are.

All Ready Construction Inc is a California general building contractor working on multifamily and commercial renovation, based in Southern California and operating statewide.

The work has come almost entirely by referral, from owners and operators who have used us on one asset and then brought us onto the next. That is a good position to be in and a difficult one to grow from, because a referral only travels as far as the person making it.

What follows a referral is a shortlist, and what follows a shortlist is somebody checking. That is what this site is for.

Hold · Phil Year founded, and a decision on how the $30 million figure should be phrased publicly. Also whether the company story should mention the Essex connection.
Renovation under way inside an occupied building
Leadership

Ruben Palacios, founder.

Hold · Phil · bio and headshot Four or five sentences: how long Ruben has been building, what he did before founding the company, what he self-performs versus manages, and one sentence on why occupied multifamily specifically. Plus a headshot. An asset manager wants to know who is actually answerable for the job, and a named founder with a face outperforms a company boilerplate paragraph every time.
Who we serve

Who we work for.

Publicly traded REITs

Reporting discipline, insurance compliance and schedule certainty at portfolio scale.

Institutional owners

CapEx programmes delivered across several assets on one budget cycle.

Third-party managers

A contractor who talks to the on-site team daily and does not create resident complaints.

Asset and CapEx managers

Scope and budget validated before approval, so the number you present is the number that lands.

Private owners

The same crews and the same controls, at the scale of a single building.

References

References, with names on them.

An anonymous quote is worth nothing to an asset manager. A named operator at a company they recognise, quoting a dollar figure, is worth more than the rest of the site combined.

Quote goes here. Name the scope, name the dollar volume, and say how the property ran while the work was happening.

Third reference. A regional or property manager, because they speak to the day-to-day rather than the contract.

Hold · Phil, highest-value item on the list The one thing on a competitor site that actually works is a single quote naming a person, their title at a REIT the reader recognises, and a dollar figure. Ruben has done $30M+ in three years. One quote from a named operator saying that figure out loud beats everything else this site can do.

Send the scope. You get questions, a walk date and a number.
