- Notices go out ahead of the work. Coordinated with the on-site team, so the calls that do come go to us and not the regional manager.
- A superintendent on the property every morning. Walking it with management rather than reporting from an office.
- Self-performed where it matters. Fewer handoffs between trades is fewer places for a schedule to fail.
- Qualification published, not requested. Licence, classification, bonding and insurance are on the site, so vendor onboarding does not stall on us.
