  Roofing, stucco, windows and decks, including the waterproofing that keeps the rest of the work intact.

• Short-term rental conversion

  Homes and small hotels turned over for nightly rental, on the operating standard the platforms actually grade.

• Additions and ADUs

  Added square footage and accessory dwelling units, permitted and built to the current California code.
